The care and support we offer can range from a 30 minute visit to make sure an individual has taken their prescribed medication through to more intensive, 24 hour live-in care.
We provide care support in the home for children, young people, adults and the elderly with diverse care needs, including individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, dementia and acquired brain injuries. We also provide respite care to give family members a well-deserved break. Some of our domiciliary care workers spend their time escorting individuals outside of the home, for example taking them to a hospital appointment or a shopping trip.
We work in partnership with health and social care professionals so that everyone receives the most appropriate medical and personal care they need from our experienced care assistants, nurses, district nurses and/or occupational therapists. We also have an excellent relationship with social services and can invoice them direct where appropriate.
You can rest assured that all our staff are appropriately vetted, qualified and training is focussed on their continuous professional development. Their priority is to deliver outstanding care with compassion, dignity and respect.
