About us

Norvic’s name has been synonymous with providing high quality healthcare services in the east of England since 1999. We are extremely proud of the reputation we have built over the years and remain committed to delivering care with compassion, dignity and respect.

Our team has considerable experience caring for people in their own homes, hospitals, care homes and day centres to the highest professional standards.

There are many different types of care we can provide, including dementia, palliative, mental health, learning difficulties, autism, acquired brain or spinal injuries and care for individuals who have suffered a stroke. But we understand that each person is unique and an assessment and care package is always tailored to meet the specific needs of all individuals.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and aim to meet or exceed their standards wherever possible. Our management and administration teams have all the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience required to run the business effectively on a day-to-day basis. We have ISO 9001:2008 accreditation and Investor In People.

Above all we believe that it is our people that make us stand out. Every single person we employ is vetted to the highest standards and we not only expect them to be well qualified to perform their role but to deliver it with exceptional customer service. To ensure that we deliver to the high standard that we set ourselves, we mentor and closely support all our staff as part of their continuous professional development. We even tailor training to suit individual care needs.

We have also developed our own ‘Statement of Purpose’ which acts as a bible for our staff. As part of our open culture, we have made it available for you to read.

Hi I'm Mrs Fix it aka Susan. Norvic's Homecare Operations Manager.
I am employed at Norvic as the Operations manager and alongside Marie, we manage the day-to-day running of the company. We hold the ethos dear that Elijah and Toni started of always treating our staff well and making sure that they are well trained. We hope that if our staff feel valued and appreciated then they in turn will ensure that our clients are respected, well looked after and will offer the type of care we would all demand for our own family member. It is important that all our staff feedback to us any concerns so we can get them addressed asap. So, whether you're someone looking for work, or someone looking for care for you or a loved one, then please contact me. In my spare time, I am usually busy with my family and friends but often on call at the weekends and in the evenings. Most of you will have spoken to me out-of-hours as I try to fill shifts or make sure that our staff have work. I am known as Mrs Fixit as I can turn my hand to most things - accounts, new business, marketing and promotion as well as office management.
