Care Coordinator

Position: Care Coordinator (part time)

Responsible to: Registered Manager

Norvic Healthcare is a family run business of Domiciliary Care and Nursing Services and we are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate individual to join our growing team as a care coordinator in our Norwich Office.

As a Care Coordinator you will report directly to the Manager and will be responsible for a good communication line with clients, staff and other professionals to ensure we deliver a high standard of care.

Duties Involved:

  • Preparing care staff rotas
  • Writing and reviewing care plans
  • Writing reviews
  • Interviewing potential candidates
  • Participating in the on call rota
  • Keeping our Staffplan Roster agency system updated

Qualification and Experience

  • Have a passion for delivering good quality, person centred care
  • Ideally have 2 years experience within the care sector
  • Be flexible and reliable
  • Be computer literate
  • Be a good team player
  • Be motivated and able to work on their own initiative
  • Have exceptional people management skills
